Health risk factors



 
The WHO constitution states: "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

health risk factors are attributes characteristics or exposure that increases the likelihood of a person developing a disease or health disorder

Lack of physical exercises - physical exercises help to burn out toxic or harmful waste products in the body of a human being.

 

Familiar diseases - these are diseases that run or are traced in certain families it is not right for someone to realise that his or her families have a line of diabetes and continue an unhealthy lifestyle

 

Improper nutrition - health foods supply nutrient that assist in the development of the body when our system lacks these nutrients there is what we call malnutrition  these affects the development of the body and most times results in DEATH

 

Excess intake of sugar - Sugar does more than good in our body it is more advisable to take the natural sugars that still provides a sweetening taste and has no after effects that are natural made than the artificial made sugar

 

Unprotected sex- it is common orf youths between ages of 17-25 to have casual sex with the use of condoms and such.during sexual intercourse many sexual diseases are transmitted such as HIV & STD also known as ( human immuno deficiency virus) & (sexual transmitted disease) which have no cure and leads to death
