•wakeup early at the same time-The best time to wake up is by 8:00am studies have shown that you should wakeup by the same everyday to avoid procrastination and get things done faster.
•Do some house chores-clean your surroundings,lay your bed.it is very important to do house chores in the morning
•start doing yoga or excercise-yoga,keeps the body flexible and the mind free.excercise stimulates the heart and gives you a good physical shape.no one wants to be overweight
•take a shower and dressup-even though you are not going anywhere you the benefits of dressing up is that you have put a mindset that you will work and not be lazy
Maintain a personal hygiene and shower to rid yourself of sweat and perspiration or bad body odour
•Eat a healthy breakfast-never ever skip your meals especially not your first meal of the day you can make a very simple meal like omlette with fillings and a milk very yummy

Other tips
1.clean your surroundings do some spring cleaning
•get rid of unwanted things,give it up for charity
3.do a garage sale
4.learn a new skill,its never to late to learn something new
5.garden at home
6.make a love letters to all your relations
